Terms of Use

Draft for legal review, October 7, 2026. Not yet in force.

Effective [date].

1. Who we are. MyCalendar.ph is operated by VHC Website Hosting Services, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan ("MyCalendar.ph", "we"). These Terms govern your use of mycalendar.ph. By creating an account, booking as a guest, or otherwise using the site, you agree to them.

2. What MyCalendar.ph is.

  • MyCalendar.ph is a booking calendar. Independent professionals publish their open times; clients book and pay for them. A time is booked only once it is paid.
  • The professional, not MyCalendar.ph, provides the service you book and is responsible for it, including its quality, its lawfulness and any professional rules that apply to it. We do not give legal, medical or any other professional advice, and using the site creates no professional relationship between you and us.
  • We collect payments on behalf of professionals as their collecting agent.
  • We do not verify professionals' qualifications, licenses or credentials. A professional shown as a Lawyer has declared it; the label is not a verification. Check a professional's standing yourself where it matters to you.

3. Accounts and guest booking.

  • You can book with an account, or as a guest without a password. A guest gives a name, email address and mobile number and confirms the email address with a one-time code. A guest booking is kept under an account tied to that email address; if the address already has an account, the booking goes on it.
  • Every account is tied to one email address, which must be confirmed. You can always sign in with a one-time code sent to that address, and you may set a password at any time.
  • You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Keep your password and the codes we send you to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account and for anyone you give your Manage booking links to.

4. Booking and paying.

  • All times are Philippine time. Prices are in Philippine pesos.
  • Before you pay, checkout shows the professional's price, the MyCalendar.ph service fee, the payment processing fee, the total, and the cancellation rule that applies. The processing fee goes to the payment provider.
  • When you start paying, the time is held for you for 15 minutes. It is booked when the payment provider confirms your payment.
  • For an arrival window, your queue number is given in the order payments are confirmed, and the professional serves clients in queue order.
  • If you have had an earlier appointment with the same professional, any returning-client discount they offer is applied automatically at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by PayMongo. We do not receive or store your card or e-wallet credentials.

5. If you can't make it. Cancellations, rebooking credits and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Emails.

  • We email you when you pay, and 8 hours before your booking with the meeting link, or the office address, arrival instructions and your queue number. We also email you about cancellations, rebookings, credits and refunds. These emails are part of the service.
  • A professional may recommend that you return on a date. We then email you once, and once more 3 days before that date if you haven't booked with them since. The email text is fixed and carries no note from the professional. Every such email has a link to stop them from that professional, and you can turn them back on from the same page.

7. Receipts. We issue a receipt for the MyCalendar.ph service fee, available from your bookings and from the Manage booking page. If you need an official receipt for the professional fee, please request it from the professional directly.

[Draft note: the legal form of the service-fee receipt and the VAT treatment of the service fee are not decided (SPEC section 19). Receipts currently state what the moderator-set receipt settings say.]

8. You may not:

  • make bookings you don't intend to keep in order to block a professional's calendar;
  • use the site to harass a professional or a client, or to contact them for anything unrelated to a booking;
  • give false details, impersonate anyone, or book under someone else's email address;
  • scrape the site, bypass its limits or protections, or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Illegal activity. MyCalendar.ph does not tolerate any illegal act committed on or through the site, by clients or by professionals. This includes fraud, the unauthorized practice of a profession, and offering or seeking any unlawful service. Where we have reason to believe the site is being used for an illegal act, we may suspend or close the accounts and pages involved, cancel the bookings concerned, report the matter to the proper authorities, and cooperate with their lawful orders and requests. A booking cancelled under this section is handled under section 6 of the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

10. Closing your account. You may close your account from Account settings, once you have no upcoming paid bookings and, as a professional, no earnings still to be paid out. Closing takes effect at once and gives up any unused rebooking credits you hold. We remove your personal details within 90 days, keeping records of bookings, payments, receipts, refunds and payouts as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability. The professional is responsible for the service they provide. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for a professional's services, advice, conduct or qualifications, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid on the booking concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

12. Complaints and questions. Email hello@mycalendar.ph.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect, and you may be asked to agree to them again.

14. Governing law. Philippine law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the courts of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, to the exclusion of all others.
